Heat Bags offer a natural pain relief for aching pains and joints.
Can also be used for arthritis, rheumatism, muscle pain, back pain, cramps, sciatica, menstrual cramps and labour pain.
Once heated in the microwave Wheat bags stimulate the flow of blood to an area, bringing oxygen to the muscle which relaxes muscle spasms and relieves pain.
To use: Remove any packaging, place wheat bag evenly distributed over microwave plate. Place a glass of water in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes with 1 minute intervals. Remove from microwave and shake the wheat bag to distribute the heat. Do not reheat wheat bag until cold. It is important that you read the instructions that are included with the wheat bag.
